My Sunglasses, My Style!

I should have been 4years old when my father gifted me with a pair of sunglasses – my first one. I used to wear it whenever I was taken out. I was so obsessed with sunglasses that I pleaded to my parents and made them get a glass frame for my teddy too. Ouch! We could not find sunglasses that would fit my teddy. As I grew older, my sunglass seemed to be too small to fit my frame. So, my father got me my second pair of it. I should have been 8years old. I was able to use it for another three years. But, then on I started feeling too shy to wear one. More so because we had shifted from a city called Bangalore to a rather small town called Palakkad. But, I continued to fancy myself wearing a sunglass. I always kept track of various models that were in vogue. I would promise myself to buy one for myself when I bag my first employment…

It is during this phase of my life that I happened to see this contest in blogadda. I was overjoyed. And here I am presenting you with the two sunglasses which impressed me….

ªThe Look

What I liked in this sunglass is its color. It is striking and has a very sophisticated look. It would easily blend with Indian, Western and Indo-Western outfits. 

As I said earlier, I live in a rather small town where we normally wear a salwar kameez or kurtha-jeans. This sunglass would go with both these looks.

This glass would blend with a crisp cotton salwar kameez, kitten heels, a leather vanity bag and pony tail.

The sunglass looks both formal and stylish. Therefore, it can be worn on almost any occasions.

ª Sunglass as my accessory

I would keep my sunglasses in the side-pockets of my handbag in such a way that the glasses would be visible. Also, I can take it easily from it as and when needed. Besides, my cherished sunglasses would be visible to the World even when it is not used.

ªThe Look

Nobody can go wrong with white color. This sunglass has a very classy look to it, yet gives a chic kind of feel. Wearing it, one would feel very stylish and   cool at the same time.

I would love to wear this with a pair of light blue denims and a strak white cotton tee shirt. This would give me a matured look. A white slip-on would add more class to this look.

To make me feel all girly, I might team this sunglass with a pair of white Capri and white tee-shit. To add a splash of color, I would also wear a colorful stole. A pair of pink sandals and a long pink bag would complete the girly look. Hair can be either French plait or a pony tail. Loose hair will also go very well with this look.

I would hang my sunglasses on the pockets of my denims/Capri. I would occasionally hang it on the loops of my denims/Capri. Intermittently, I would place on my head so that it glistens amidst my jet black hair.
