My Thoughts
Mohit Chadhdha (Ayushman Khurrana) and Mayera Sehgal (Sonam Kapoor) are fanatically in love with each other in spite of the fact that Mayera earns more than Mohit does.

But, will their love withstand the probationary period of testing the good-heart of Mohit as tested by Mayera’s father V.K.Sehgal (Rishi Kapoor)? Will their love survive when Mohit is going through a professional lows?

This forms the crux of the Bewakoofiyan

In spite of a promising and different plot, the movie fails to cast a magical spell on us. The screenplay is lousy and drowsy. It moves in a snail’s pace. I don’t blame the editor because if she had to sincerely do the job, only a few scenes would be left; not an entire movie! All the songs are miserably placed. The dialogs are trivial too.

Sonam looks beautifully dressed and pleasant. She comes across more as a model than a mortal who can emote feelings. Ayushman looks lost and confused. Rishi Kapoor desperately tries to fit into the character and tries to be funny. But I only feel pity for him. None of the characters are established properly and hence, they seem to be too boring.

In short, the movie is boring and too long.

All I have to say is that the title is right – It is a big BEWAKOOFIYAN from our part to go for it.
