When Silence Spoke...

It was a month since their arranged marriage had happened.

Somehow, they had managed to visit all the temples and relative’s places.

Slowly they started to acknowledge and accept the fact that they are married and that they have to live together till death tear them apart.

That particular night, when their eyes met as she was climbing up the stairs while he was climbing down, they felt a strange tickle in their stomach.

Silence spoke.

They exchanged smiles. Then, they both looked around. Nobody were around at home.

She blushed and squeezed his hands. He kissed on her forehead.

Is falling in love so easy, they both wondered as they thanked their parents for arranging their love!

PS: Big-big thanks to Rochelle and all the friends I made from her initiative… Thanks for coming up with wonderful image prompt and thanks for being a constant source of inspiration… Thanks for making my Wednesdays wonderful!!!

  7. Satya, this rang true as we've known several couples who have arranged marriages and fell in love. Their parents must have known them well.

  9. That's sweet. It's nice that even though they didn't have control over their marriage, they could still find love.
