Life is all about ups and downs. It is no easy road. And the journey is never easy. When success takes you to seventh heaven, failure could take you to the hell. How you handle yourself and the circumstances which follows failure determine how you would lead the rest of your life.

Life is life a two-sided coin. If one side is success, other is failure. Life is also like a cycle. If you taste success today, you should be prepares to taste failure also. It is imperative to remember that nothing is permanent.

This may sound preachy and impractical; also too difficult to practice. But, I am telling this out of my own life’s experience. I have accepted failure as much as I have enjoyed success. Wait! By accepting failure, I mean that I have decided to accept it as a challenge that I want to overcome; not as a super-power beyond my control which cripples me.

I say this because I have seen many people who accept failure and choose to live with it. They get used to the tag – failure – and they behave as if they are some Saint who have endured failure and still survived. What they don’t understand is that enduring or surviving failure is not the key to success. On the contrary, overcoming failure is!

So all you dear readers, never find comfort in failure. Always fight against it. Never accept it to rule you. Remind yourself that you are meant to be successful and that you will never give up, no matter what comes on your way and no matter what others say. At the end of the day, what really matters is what you want and not what others wanted out of you!
