S
he walked along the once familiar lanes of her college hostel. “No Trespassers” sign brought a smile on her face. Some things never change, she thought.

Those were the days of carefree attitude. Ria and Gita were her best buddies; her partner in crime rather. They used to bunk classes… go for late night movies… whistle at the roadside Romeos hiding at the comfort of her hostel and jump over the wall if the party went longer than expected.

  3. Dear Satya,

This little story puts me in mind of the song "Those Were the Days" sung by Mary Hopkin in the 60's. "Oh, my friend, we're older but now wiser. For in our hearts the dreams are still the same." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9JOmU2jFUo
Nice story with a refreshingly happy ending.

    Shalom,

    Rochelle
