What... What...

What I am searching for?
What am I waiting for?
What am I hoping for?
And what am I expecting?

I ask myself
But silence enwraps
I succumb to it
Because it soothes me
It balms my pain
And lets me breath
I feel free.

But those questions rings always;
In the back of my mind.
It is still unanswered
It still bothers me
And I am still fighting the demons of past.

I still pine for those days of innocence
And times of happiness and love
I still wait for you
And await to open the doors of blissfulness
But I also hope to change’
To distract myself
And let you go
And let the life to move on

After all,
I am pining for that love which does not hurt anymore!

  7. It is hard when love ends and one knows one wants to move on, but there are always the questions....what next, and what do I really want, and how do I find it? As Rallentanda said, it WILL happen.

  14. That is the fine edge of change when the answers really are unknown because your narrator has grown past the innocent and simple answers.
