I was
just thinking… Aren’t we missing so many things these days? Especially things
that were a part of our lives once… Those childhood days and myriad memories it
gave... That innocence and unbiased love… That genuineness and total
estrangement from hatred… I am missing those days…
As days
are passing, the innocence is also fading. We are becoming more calculative and
result-oriented. Unfortunately, the results are woven around monetary benefits
and our fear of what others would think about us. What we feel about something
and what we really want is taking a backseat.
And I am
worried.
Losing
oneself is never a victory. It is an implicit indicator of failure. Many of us
dream of a peaceful retired life. But, why don’t we understand that life need
not be that long. Is that because of our inherent fear of death? We always plan
for future. In that hurry, we miss the present. And end up missing the past.
We
postponed our dreams… ambitions and desires…
We
postponed the time that we can spend with our family and loved ones…
We
postponed everything…
But we
can never postpone the moments…
If it is
gone once, it is gone forever…
Hey!
It is not
late yet. We can definitely restart life.
Better
late than never
Remember?
Zindagi Na Milegi Dubaaara!
After all,
life is all about gathering as many verdant memories as possible which can be
carried to deathbed. It is certainly not about wealth accumulation.
All the
best! J
