He was trying to wake her up from deep sleep at
five in the morning. She stared at him
perplexed and he looked confused.
She was forcefully married away to twenty seven
years old Gautham. She was just twenty one! On the third day from marriage,
they were sent to honeymoon.
She would cry... Refuse to eat food... Sit aloof...
Remain silent...
He understood her... Remained patient and took
care of her...
That morning they went to witness sunrise...
And for the first time, she smiled...
Then she held his hands...
Sun slowly started rising in their lives too...

It's not something I'd be able to support, but I've heard tell of arranged marriages working out quite well. This is a positive side to the practice in some countries.
